Our AGM on 3 March 2012 was postponed because there is not enough quorum from registered strata title owners to proceed with. The AGM will be held again on 10 March 2012 at 9.30 am at Multipurpose Hall, Block A. This is the final call to form Management Corporation and any quorum will be accepted to convene the meeting next week.

By now, all registered strata title owners have received their notice and invitation for the AGM this Saturday, 3 March 2012 at 9.30 am. Meeting will be held at our Multipurpose Hall, Block A. Kindly inform our security guards to attend this AGM and register as early as you can. You can call Mr. Latiff at our Management Office for more information using this number 03-7987 7587.

I think we all need to settle maintenance fee and sinking fund money up to February 2012 to attend this AGM. Someone from Faber Union mentioned this to me.  Not to worry, our Management Office will be opened this Saturday to serve you.
