We refer to the above subject.
Pursuant to the letter from DBKL (Commissioner of building) dated 27th May 2008 which stated that the formation and establishment of Danau Murni Condominium Joint Management Body (“JMB”) under Act 663 was nullified, we write to inform you that the maintenance and management of the above strata scheme has been handed over to the developer (Faber Union Sdn Bhd) until the 1st Annual General Meeting of Danau Murni Management Corporation.
Further pursuant to Section 39 of Strata Titles Act 1985 (Act 318), the developer is required to open and to operate under a new Building Maintenance Fund account named Perbadanan Pengurusan Kondominium Danau Murni.
Hence, we write to inform you that with effect from 1st OCTOBER 2012 all payments in respect to service and other charges shall be made by cash or cheque payable to:

Payment can be made at Danau Murni Management Office, located at Management Office, Danau Murni Condominium, Block B Ground Floor, Jalan 109F, Taman Danau Desa, Off Jalan Klang Lama, 58100 Kuala Lumpur. However payment via online and credit card will be temporally suspended until further notice.
