NEW MANAGEMENT CORPORATION
A management corporation (MC) exists by operation of law upon the opening of a book of the strata title in respect of a sub-divided building such as a condominium or land such as a gated community development. In simple terms, when individual strata titles are issued for these individual parcel units or land parcels, the MC is deemed to have been set up.
Our first Annual General Meeting was convened on 10 March 2012 (our first call for AGM was unsuccessful due to not enough quorum a week earlier). After proper documentation, we received Certificate of Establishment of Management Corporation for Sub-Divided Buildings on 10 April 2012.
Hence, with effect from 1 October 2012 all payments in respect to services and other charges shall be made payable to:
PERBADANAN PENGURUSAN KONDOMINIUM DANAU MURNI
Payment can be made at Danau Murni Management Office, located at Ground Floor, Block B, Danau Murni Condominium, Jalan 109F, Taman Danau Desa, Off Jalan Klang Lama, 58100 Kuala Lumpur. Only payment by cheque can be dropped into Cheque Deposit Box in front of Management Office. Please write owner’s name, telephone and unit number so that we can put your receipt into post box later.

Hi there!
I wish to say that overall, DM is a wonderful place. So glad that we bought the Condo. One thing tho, I wish for those who hang out by/near the pool, to not hang out till so late (pass midnight) and talk and laugh so loud. If there is a need to hang out pass midnight, I wish that they do not make too much noise and be considerate of those living in the units where we can hear them loud and clear, when we are trying to get some shut eyes after working the whole day (stretches to night most times).
Thanks Gina. We are glad you share your grouses. JMB will introduce a new House Rules before next year (hopefully) and hope to clarify some do’s and don’ts for residents in DM. For the time being, We will ask guards to do routine surveillance at ground floor and enforce no loitering after midnight soon. By the way, I also saw some indiscriminate people hang out at playground with GF and BF doing asmaradana. We have to tackle this also.
Good to see a feedback and yes, the noise level has gone down and not as often as it used to be. Thank you for that. On the indiscriminate behaviours, yes, please do something about it.
