yes, i usually find it annoying to see so many cars parked near the lobby/pick up area, but to stop people from coming in to pick up altogether?! seriously? I have friends coming over to pick me up and they would ordinarily insist to pick me up at the lobby so as to ensure my safety (waiting by the road side or near the guard house can somewhat be dangerous or rather uncomfortable. what is so wrong about picking up? even high end exclusive condos e.g. Lanai Kiara allows pick up. also, will this rather really unncessarily strict policy allows for exception in the event it rains? how about elderly folks? were the tenants’ views obtained prior to imposing such rules?
Right now we have about 90% of residents with access card. We are targeting 100% by end of this month. There are still a few who do not wish to take access card. If those people enter, they will park illegally or just claim themselves as visitor. We have cases of regular visitor every day i.e. black Toyota Vios and white Perodua Viva.
If you have an access card, you can enter our compound and pick up or drop off any passenger as you wish. If safety is your main concern, you can wait for your friend in front of the guard house. We do allow elderly, medically unfit people, OKUs or certain circumstances to be allowed access into our compound.
Please be informed that there are also high end, mid end or even low end condos which do not allow any outsider to enter their compound. Finally, it’s up to the management to decide for the sake of all residents.
Noted but to re-consider your statement in relation to relating visitors to access card i.e. if they have access card, in what circumstance would they be considered visitors?
also, were the residents consulted prior to implementing any new policies?
Only residents and tenants who have access card. We do not give access card to visitors. Regular visitor in my statement refers to some of our resident who misused visitor privilege and parked at visitor parking area.
Consultation are made through JMB meeting. Each JMBs (owner only) are appointed at the AGM and deemed to represent the owners. Hence, we discussed the issue and come out with the policy.
Please refer to Building and Common Property (Maintenance and Management) Act 2007 (Act 663) on matters that can be brought up to AGM and some matters need owners approval for example giving salary to JMBs member.
saya nak tegur dgn masalah security,,saya dapati banyak kereta yg tidak mempunyai access card dgn senang memasuki kawasan condo ini,,,,apa guna nya ada access card?
2.kereta parking di sekitar kawasan roundabout,,di mana menyusah kan orang lain utk memurunkan penumpang ,tambah2 di hari hujan,,,security tak pernah tegur pemilik kenderaan,malah bole lihat je kenderaan disitu,cadangan saya letak kan notis NO PARKING..CLAMPING ZONE..
3.ini lagi satu bukan untuk mencari kesalahan security..tetapi saya penduduk di sini melihat supervisor security tak pernah menjalankan tugas dgn baik..kerja dia asyik lepak di cafetaria,minimart.berborak dgn perempuan atau sesekali naik motor keluar lepak kedai mamak
masa waktu kerja,mungkin JMB time tu masa berkerja tak nampak la bg dia.
4.kerja sambilan menjadi agent rumah..pada waktu kerja
saya tak faham kenapa security macam ni masa ada lagi berkerja disini,susah sangat ke nak tukar yg baru punya…
Saya seorang OKU berdaftar dengan JKM. Untuk memasuki ke condo ini kereta misti mempunyai sticker dikeluarkan oleh JKM. Aadakah sticker seperti yang dinyatakan? TK
Bagi kenderaan berpelekat OKU atau kenderaan dengan kad pengenalan OKU dari JKM, kami benarkan masuk untuk turunkan barang atau penumpang di dalam kawasan kondo. Ini bagi kenderaan luar yang tidak mempunyai stiker kenderaan yang hanya dikeluarkan kepada penghuni dan penyewa kondo.
2 pasang kasut telah hilang dikebas oleh pencuri profesional d danau murni pada hujung minggu lepas.
pada masa yg sama jiran saya ,rumah nya telah di pecah masuk.kehilangan barang berharga…saya harap pihak security banyak2 buat rondaan…biar 1 orang saja yg mengawal di post guard,memandang
skarang semua penghuni mempunyai axcess card…mana tahu mungkin giliran anda pulak yg kena…
so berhati-hati la..kerana danau murni ni tak selamat sangat…
yes, I have heard about a break-in at Block B! How can this be possible? It scares and worries me as my unit is in Block B. I wonder how the security check is being done especially during office hours as most of us will not be home. FYI, one tactic used by these professional “intruders” is by knocking on the door or grille/ringing the door bell to check whether anyone’s home. No answer would mean they hit a “jackpot”!
saya rasa ini semua ada connection …macam mana pencuri bole tau rumah tu takda orang…masa tu saya balik kampung …
lagi satu security bole bawa masuk orang tunjuk rumah yang nak disewa..wah hal security tak kenal pun orang tu…BCOZ SECURITY TU AGENT RUMAH…mana bole buat macam ni,dah dibayar gaji ,buat la kerja security…saya harap pihak terbabit tolong ambil perhatian…..
