We are sad to see these pictures. Please advise ourselves and children not to spray on walls or signage, burn each lift buttons, vandalise playground equipment or table for BBQ area or break anything at our common area. The cost for repairing will be borne by every one of us. We can use maintenance fees collected for something else rather than doing repair, paint or replace broken equipment.

We are not living in a low-cost apartment. Some of these actions show how worst the mentality of people living here.

The Management would like to announce that an exercise will be carried out to clean and repair our main water tank at ground floor Block B from 19 to 24 September 2012.

This is to clean the tank and allow for panel replacement to our deteriorating tank.

The Management try to minimise the impact to all resident by giving early notice and hope that everyone understand that every water tank need to be cleaned and repair sooner or later.

The Management also encourage each unit to stock water for usage after this exercise is completed. We may experience murky water for a few days after this exercise.

Please take all necessary action to avoid any loss or discomfort to yourself and family.

The Management of Danau Murni Condominium

We refer to the above subject.

Pursuant to the letter from DBKL (Commissioner of building) dated 27th May 2008 which stated that the formation and establishment of Danau Murni Condominium Joint Management Body (“JMB”) under Act 663 was nullified, we write to inform you that the maintenance and management of the above strata scheme has been handed over to the developer (Faber Union Sdn Bhd) until the 1st Annual General Meeting of Danau Murni Management Corporation.

Further pursuant to Section 39 of Strata Titles Act 1985 (Act 318), the developer is required to open and to operate under a new Building Maintenance Fund account named Perbadanan Pengurusan Kondominium Danau Murni.

Hence, we write to inform you that with effect from 1st OCTOBER 2012  all payments in respect to service and other charges shall be made by cash or cheque payable to:

Payment can be made at Danau Murni Management Office, located at Management Office, Danau Murni Condominium, Block B Ground Floor,  Jalan 109F, Taman Danau Desa, Off Jalan Klang Lama, 58100 Kuala Lumpur.  However payment via online and credit card will be temporally suspended until further notice.
